Friday was an exciting day for me as I found myself in Indianapolis attending FDIC International, the biggest firefighter training conference and expo in the world. I managed to capture some incredible moments, and here they are.

Switching gears, Larry Shapiro recently pointed out something interesting about the new squad for Montgomery & Countryside—it turns out it wasn’t the only northern Illinois rig showcased at the event. The new engine for Mokena, displayed in the Alexis booth, was also there. Thanks to Josh for pointing this out!

One of the most eye-catching engines at the show was undoubtedly the one in the Rosenbauer booth.

This experience was truly unforgettable, and it's amazing how much dedication and creativity goes into firefighting equipment these days. It makes me appreciate the hard work and sacrifices made by our firefighters even more.
I hope you enjoyed these snapshots from FDIC International. Stay safe out there, everyone!
