The printing and traction wallboards are made of high-quality cast iron with a thickness of 90mm, while the main base is 160mm thick, ensuring stability and shock absorption. Machining holes in key positions guarantee accurate positioning of the rack panels. A vertical and horizontal computerized overprint system ensures precise alignment under varying conditions. The motor-driven plate and anilox roller slides allow quick adjustments between color units, improving work efficiency. The winding system includes automatic cutting and counting, ensuring accurate print quantity and reducing material waste. The heating system features central heating with sub-unit fans and adjustable temperature settings, adapting to different air volume, wind pressure, and temperature requirements. The sealed oven structure with thermal recycling ensures efficient heat utilization and a better working environment. The entire machine is controlled by a multi-motor PLC synchronous system, making it easy to expand functions and share resources online. During the demonstration, the machine operated smoothly, reaching speeds over 100 meters per minute with minimal noise. The print quality was impressive, with accurate overprinting, vibrant colors, and a rich three-dimensional effect. Despite being a flexo press, the image had depth and a strong ink feel, which impressed visitors. Industry experts and business representatives were highly satisfied, praising the machine's performance and design. Ren Jiping emphasized that the design of wide-format machines differs significantly from narrow-width ones. He stressed the importance of rational design and precise manufacturing. The company selected the best tension and overprint control systems, with strict standards for gear design. To ensure accuracy, they collaborated with professional manufacturers in East China, controlling vibration to within two wires. Thick wall panels of up to 90mm ensure smooth and stable operation. A CEO from a major corrugated box company highlighted the urgent need for wide-format flexo machines in the paper packaging sector. Flexographic pre-printing offers clear advantages over gravure, supporting environmental protection and pollution-free operations.
