Introduction of professional manufacturer cable recycling machine
Our cable wire granulator is primarily designed for the recycling of various scrap communication wires and cables, such as copper wire, aluminum wire, telephone wire, USB wire, computer wire, waste automobile wire, and other miscellaneous wires with diameters ranging from 0.2 to 20 mm. The copper separation rate exceeds 95%. It can process single-core, double-core, or multi-core cables, whether twisted or tangled, with or without plugs. For double-core and multi-core cables, the maximum diameter is 20 mm, while for single-core wires, the minimum diameter should be 0.2 mm.
The copper granulator consists of a grinding host machine, an air flow sorting and collecting system, vibrating parts, and a final dust collection bag or cyclone. This combination structure allows for dry production without water, using an environmentally friendly method to recycle scrap wire copper.
Our copper granulator production line includes:
1. Pre-shredder
Roughly crushes raw materials before the second crushing.
2. Second Crushing
This is an important step before separation, crushing the material into smaller pieces of 3-5 mm.
3. Copper and Plastic Separation
The entire process mainly uses air separation assisted by vibration.
4. Dust Collecting System
A specially designed dust collecting system is used to collect all the dust generated.
