4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

This machine uses a vertical motor equipped with eccentric hammers at the top and bottom, which serve as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational path into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, transmitting them to the screening surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom weights allows for changing the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
