• Sterilization by electronic beam irradiation.
The Rhodotron TT200 electron accelerator which imported from the IBA company, Belgium. A world leader in the E-Beam sterilization industry. Sterilization process has been certified by the ISO 11137 quality system. Compared with sterilization by cobalt 60 or ethylene oxide sterilization, sterilization by electronic beam irradiation is more efficient and safer. It requires less time and will not produce any chemical residue.

AC Radiator Separating Machine Features & Description:
This system is designed for crushing scrap radiators into small pieces and separating copper, aluminum, and other waste metals.
The entire plant offers high recycling efficiency and separation rate (up to 99%). It can process over 1000kg of scrap radiator per hour with no copper loss during the process.
The machine consists of a crusher, shredder, conveyor, separator, and dust collector. The first crusher can also be used for processing scrap copper wires and other types of metal.
It can process both flat and compressed radiators from air conditioners and cars. There’s no size limit for the radiators being processed.
The output copper and aluminum pieces can be reused. The size of the final product can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
The whole system is controlled by a PLC controller. Only two workers are needed to operate the equipment. All machines and spare parts are of high quality and have a long service life. We also provide necessary equipment to help customers maintain the complete plant.
The magnetic separator uses a ferromagnetic roller and achieves a separation rate of up to 95%.
The pulse dust collector prevents dust leakage and has a cleaning efficiency of 99%, ensuring no secondary pollution.
The air flow separator achieves a separation rate of 97%.
1. Conveyor: Radiators are placed on the conveyor and sent to the first crusher.
2. First Crusher: This crusher cuts the radiator into small pieces of 10–15 cm.
3. Second Shredder: The shredder further reduces the crushed radiator into smaller pieces.
4. Separator: Copper and aluminum pellets are separated through a vibrating screen.
5. Copper Outlet.
6. Aluminum Outlet.
