4. Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The machine is equipped with a vertical motor that has eccentric hammers installed at the top and bottom, serving as the vibratory source. The eccentric hammers convert the rotational path into horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, which are then transferred to the sieving surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights allows for changes in the trajectory of the material on the sieve.
