Polymer Air Bags for Stone Quarrying – Reusable & Repairable!
These high-performance air bags are designed to push over stone blocks after they have been cut by a diamond wire saw machine. With a thickness of less than 7 mm, they can easily fit into the cutting gap and be inflated using an air compressor. The pushing force ranges from 50 tons to 450 tons depending on the size of the air bag.
They are used in stone quarries to separate marble, granite, and rock masses from the main block, achieving a maximum opening of up to 45 cm at the top. These air bags are ideal for blocks that have all sides already cut by wire saws.
Each set includes two air bags, along with one set of air pipes and an air control panel. The materials used are either standard or special grade:
- **Standard Material**: Can be repaired with glue if damaged.
- **Special Material**: More durable and resistant to tearing, so no repair is needed.
