Product Description
     The YPS Series gearbox is specifically designed to match with inverted parallel twin screw extruders. The main components are manufactured using carburizing, quenching, hardening, and gear grinding techniques. Its precision reaches Grade 6 (ISO1328-1:1995). A thrust bearing with over-specification is installed on the front end of the hollow output shaft to handle the back pressure from the screws. The unit is compact, has high load capacity, stable operation, low noise, and high efficiency.
Features
1. The housing is made of spheroidal graphite casting, which is rigid, flat, and aesthetically pleasing after multi-dimensional machining.
2. The driving devices of the reduction gearbox and the distributor box are manufactured using ordinary steel and ultra-strength alloy case-hardened steel, combined with carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding technology. Key parts undergo surface peening treatment. Tooth surface hardness: HRC54~62, core hardness: HRC30~40, gear precision: Grade 6. It offers high efficiency, high strength, and low noise.
3. The bearing life is designed to be between 20,000 to 50,000 hours.
4. An external forced lubrication and cooling system improves lubrication and cooling performance, ensuring reliable operation and easy maintenance.
