The research project is based on a comprehensive summary of the successful application of dry flue gas desulfurization for 300 MW units, and the key influencing factors for the reliability of large-scale application of CFB-FGD technology (ie, circulating fluidized bed dry flue gas desulfurization process) are studied and mastered. The key manufacturing technology for auxiliary equipment and equipment is the first in the world to establish a CFMW-FGD industrial demonstration unit that matches the 600MW large-scale coal-fired power station boiler. The successful implementation of this project will change the current situation of large-scale thermal power plant units relying solely on limestone/gypsum wet desulfurization technology, and reduce the desulphurization investment and operating costs, thus achieving the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
