5. Selection: The material with iron oxide removed is sent to the 1024-type strong magnetic re-selector for selection, iron and mica materials are selected, and then the material is sent to a 1018×2 general magnetic separator for sorting again. Note: The current use of magnetic separators in addition to iron in potassium feldspar is not suitable for all K-feldspar mines, the current flotation technology has been widely used.
6. Purification: the materials selected by re-election and universal selection are sent to the high-frequency vibrating screen to remove the ferric oxide and triiron tetroxide in the powder to obtain the potassium feldspar fine powder;
7. Pickling powder: using sulfuric acid as the pickling agent, according to the concentration of acid and the iron content of the potassium feldspar fine powder, the iron content of the potassium feldspar fine powder and the determination of the sulfuric acid concentration The amount of sulfuric acid participating is proportional to the total removal of ferric oxide and ferric oxide by pickling, and the ferrous sulfate solution is separated to obtain potassium feldspar fine powder;
8. Screening of potassium feldspar fine powder: The potassium feldspar fine powder is sent to a 20-200 mesh sieve, and the sieved product is a product having an iron content of less than 0.24%.
