2. Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings, mainly for fluid applications. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that the two sealing rings do not bond together, increasing mechanical properties and preventing aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, which prevents issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect two connectors together. Pull back to ensure a complete connection. Repairing or removing the quick connector is different. First, push the male connector and press the clip button, then expand the lock to easily pull out the connector. Please note, SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
