2. Security of Quick Connector
Quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber O-rings, mainly for fluid physics and chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling resistance. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. Corresponding space on the two sealing rings ensures no rubber substrate bonding occurs. The outer synthetic rubber O-rings enhance mechanical properties and prevent air aging. Sealing rings and spacer rings are securely fastened in the shell using an elastic clamping device, preventing phenomena such as ring falls or shifts. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5. Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps to connect the two parts together. Pull back to ensure a complete connection. Repair or removal of the quick connector differs. First, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing the lock to expand, making it easy to pull out the connector. Note: SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
