DESCRIPTION

The XINCHEN-D16 is a single turntable paper cup machine that uses a single turntable and cylinder indexing cam structure in its drive system. This design allows for faster speed and higher load capacity. We have also added a batch lubrication device to extend the lifespan of the equipment and reduce maintenance time. The machine comes with two options: a counter table (with automatic counting and collecting) or a paper feeding table, making it ideal for producing 2.5-16oz cold or hot paper cups.

Our machine features:

1). The main running chain includes three range running chains for improved performance.

2). Between the three main turntables, we use gear systems instead of chains for smoother operation.

3). The turntables are made from aluminum, which is lightweight and reduces wear on the machine.

4). The heaters are also made from aluminum, preventing the cups from burning if the machine stops unexpectedly.
