The XINCHEN-X16 is a high-performance paper cup machine designed to produce cups ranging from 2 oz to 16 oz. This advanced model incorporates a high-speed paper cup bottom cutter knife and uses three precision cam systems for smooth and efficient operation. Unlike traditional models, it eliminates the need for a gearbox, resulting in improved performance and longer machine life.

Our machine features:

1). We use an open-dividing cam system as the driving mechanism, ensuring higher precision and extending the machine’s lifespan.

2). The paper feeding system is similar to that of high-speed machines, using cams to suck and drop the paper, providing more stability.

3). Three guide shafts help increase the machine's durability and maintain high precision during operation.

4). The turnplate is made of aluminum, which is lightweight and reduces wear on the machine.

5). Aluminum heaters are used, preventing the cups inside from burning when the machine stops unexpectedly.
