They have prioritized the development of key technical guidelines and released 18 urgent standards under the "three major systems." These standards have significantly contributed to the construction and implementation of the pollution control framework. Several provinces and cities, including Tianjin, Guangdong, Chongqing, and Hebei, have developed local emission standards tailored to their specific conditions. Meanwhile, Fujian, Liaoning, and Shanghai have focused on strengthening research and development in emission reduction technologies, making meaningful contributions to achieving their pollution control targets.
