How long does the quotation take ? 
Firstly please provide us detail drawings including information such as material, surface finish, quantity, etc
After that, we will send you quotation within 24 hours.

Can we get some samples?
Sure, we also highly recommend you to try some samples before mass production.
 
How do you control product quality? 
1)During processing, the machine operators inspect each dimension by themselves firstly.
2) After finished the first whole part, QA people will do a full dimensional inspection until everything is ok.
3) IPQC people will do regular inspection from picking up the parts made on production site. In case of any problem, machine operators and engineers will make adjustment in time so as to avoid large scale NG products.
4) Before shipment, the QA will inspect according to ISO sampling inspection standard for mass production. Will do 100% full checking for small quantity orders.
5) when shipping the goods, we will attached the inspection report with the parts.
 
What's the payment terms? 
40% deposit, and balance by T/T before shipment when order amount over 3000USD.
100% T/T in advance when amount less than 3000USD 
L/C payment term for big amount order is acceptable.
Paypal and Western Union for sample cost or small order payment.
    
What's the delivery time ? 
Normal for samples, 5-7 working days; 
For mass production, it takes about 12-15 working days.
