brief introduction
The star type unloader is used to install the discharge port of the discharging device under the negative pressure, the upper part accepts the material discharged from the discharging device, and the rotating impeller plays the role of conveying the material, and also acts as a seal to prevent the air from the discharge port during the pneumatic conveying process, ensuring the normal discharging of the discharger as a special kind of material. The unloading equipment plays a very important role in cleaning and cleaning.  Therefore, it is necessary for us to summarize some of its characteristics so that we can better understand and maintain the star type unloader in an all-round way and give full play to its maximum ability.
Working principle
First, the star type unloader is usually used in the pneumatic output system. For the pressure output system or the negative pressure output system, the Star type discharger can supply the material continuously to the feeding tube. In order to ensure the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe, the gas and solid are stable, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally. At the same time, the pressure of the upper and lower parts of the discharger can be separated to play the role of locking gas. Therefore, star type discharger is an important component in pneumatic conveying system.
Two. When the material in the upper silo is dropped by weight, it is filled in the gap between the blades and is discharged at the bottom with the rotation of the blades. Therefore, the Star Discharger can be discharged quantitatively and continuously.
Three, the star type discharger can be used in the material collection system as the unloading device of the bin. Star type unloader is the most advanced unloading device in China. It is often used as an important equipment in the dust removal system. It is especially suitable for dust, small particle material, and is well chosen for the engineering projects of environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, cement, road building, drying equipment and so on.
Four. The temperature of the material that it conveyed can reach 280 degrees C. There is a certain isolation between the bearing and the impeller at both ends, which can prevent the contact between the ultrafine powder and the bearing. The temperature of high temperature discharger conveyed material can reach 500 degrees C and connected by chain wheel. There is a certain distance between the reducer and the shell of the discharger.
The structure of star type discharger is composed of rotor impeller, shell, seal, reducer, motor and so on. The star type unloader is also called rotating feeder, lock valve, star type discharging valve, star type feeder, and wind regulator.
