Double PE Coated Paper Cup Making Machine with Ultrasonic Sealing System
The JBZ-S12 double-sided PE coated paper cup forming machine is a high-efficiency, multi-station fully automatic system designed to produce double-sided PE coated drink cups, ice cream cups, or other conical food containers. It operates through a continuous process that includes paper feeding, ultrasonic medium welding, tube forming, cup rabbet lubrication, oil injection, bottom flushing, duplex bottom heating, bottom knurling, upper mouth hemming, and finished product stacking. Thanks to its advanced ultrasonic adhesion technology, the machine is ideal for manufacturing fully printed double-sided PE coated paper cups, ice cream cups, and similar conical vessels.
