INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials, designed to be innovative, secure, and fast. These connectors are ideal for most media-carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. They are specifically developed to match automotive piping systems. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards. If the product doesn't meet customer needs, we can customize and manufacture according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection, requiring only a small space on both sides. This makes it possible to arrange multiple connectors densely and increases design flexibility for customers.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used, suitable for fluid physics and chemistry, offering anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and swelling protection. Outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. The two sealing rings do not bond with the rubber substrate, and synthetic rubber O-rings are used, improving mechanical properties and preventing aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened in the shell via an elastic clamping device, ensuring no issues like ring falling or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing security.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, due to the elasticity of the locking spring, the clip fastener connects the two connectors together, and then pulling back ensures a complete connection. To repair or remove the quick connector, push the male connector forward and press the clip button to expand the lock, allowing you to easily pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
