INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR

1) Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are designed with innovation, security, and speed in mind. Made from synthetic materials, they are ideal for most fluid-carrying lines such as fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, and air systems. These connectors are specifically suited for automotive applications. The design and production strictly follow SAE J2044-2009 standards for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product does not meet customer needs, we can customize according to specific requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure makes connecting and disconnecting fast and easy. The operation space required is only the width of a finger on both sides, enabling high-density arrangements and increasing customer design flexibility.

2) Security of Quick Connector
The quick connector features a double sealing ring radial sealing structure with modified rubber o-rings. These o-rings are designed for fluid compatibility, resistance to aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer o-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring. This ensures that the two sealing rings do not bond together, and the outer synthetic rubber o-rings improve mechanical properties and prevent aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring no ring fall-off or shifting. This guarantees excellent sealing performance.

Gasoline and diesel fuel delivery systems, Ethanol, methanol, or natural gas delivery systems, or their vapor venting and evaporative emission control systems.

5) Connect & Disconnect Operation Method of Quick Connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner o-ring, outer o-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity allows the tie clip fastener to connect the two connectors together, and then pulling back ensures a complete connection. Repairing or removing the quick connector differs slightly. First, push the male connector and press the clip button to unlock, making it easy to pull out the connector. Please note that SAE 30th heavy oil lubrication should be used before reseating.
