2. Design and Production
Our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials and are suitable for most media carrying lines. Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air carrying lines, we offer the ideal means of connection. These quick connectors are specially designed to match automotive pipe systems. The design and production strictly follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard for liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If the product does not meet your needs, we can customize according to your requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connections. The space required for operation is only the width of a finger on both sides. These features ensure high-density arrangement and increased design flexibility for customers.

3. Security of Quick Connector
Quick connector with double sealing rings radial sealing structure, modified rubber o-rings used, mainly for fluid physics chemistry, custom, anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling; outer o-rings are separated by the intermediate spacer ring. Corresponding space on the two sealing rings, rubber substrate bonding does not occur, the outer synthetic rubber o-rings used, increased mechanical properties, preventing air aging.
