3. Â Â Basic Testing Operating:
3.1Â GDW Series Ring Stiffness Testing Machine
i.         Place the pipe specimen on the lower platen.
ii.         Start the test using the machine’s controls. Observe the scale plate between the upper and lower platens to monitor deformation.
iii.         Stop the test manually once the desired deformation is achieved.

i.         Place the pipe specimen on the lower platen.
ii.         Input the specimen dimensions (e.g., outer diameter, wall thickness) into the software. Set the required deformation value and click "Begin."
iii.         The machine starts automatically. The software will display test data and generate test curves in real time. You can also adjust the test speed from the computer.
iv.         When the deformation reaches the set value, the machine stops automatically.
