Application
The Turbine Lube Conditioner is specifically designed to meet the diverse water removal needs of the power industry. By integrating liquid/liquid coalescer, vacuum dehydration, and high flow particulate removal in a single unit, it efficiently removes free water, reduces dissolved water to 100 ppm, and filters out particles to ISO 16/14/12 or better. The system operates at high fluid flow rates, ensuring reservoir turnover that meets or exceeds OEM recommendations. TOP filter technology is used to minimize the cost of filter element disposal.

Features
1) Advanced Chinese and international processes that combine gravity, evaporation, aggregation, vacuum separation, and mechanical purification.

2) No emulsifying agents are used; instead, macromolecule magnetic materials with strong dehydration capabilities are applied.

3) A large-capacity purification system that can handle over 4000 tons of oil, featuring an automatic backwashing function.

4) All electrical components use imported parts, ensuring high-performance operation of the equipment.

5) Deep purification structure that requires minimal maintenance.

6) An advanced infrared liquid level control system for fully automatic operation.

7) Online oil purification can be performed on steam turbines or water turbines of any grade.

8) Low noise operation.
