Application:
This oil purification system is specifically designed to treat unqualified turbine oil, especially oil that is severely emulsified. It efficiently removes water, gas, and impurities, addressing the common issues of high moisture content, easy emulsification, and high contamination levels in turbine oil. The purified oil regains the properties of new oil, ensuring smooth operation and extended service life.

The unit thoroughly breaks emulsification, making it extremely difficult for the oil to re-emulsify after treatment. It features a large dehydration capacity and can absorb moisture online. The TY series prevents damage to the lubrication system, effectively prolongs oil life, and protects turbines and other machinery. Additionally, the equipment is environmentally friendly, as it treats oil through physical methods without chemical additives or reactions.

1. Utilizes high-molecular polymeric materials to break emulsification completely, with a breaking value ≤15 min (GB/F 7305).
2. Implements a two-step dehydration method to remove liquid water, free water, and up to 80% dissolved water efficiently.
3. Features a unique filtration technique using double FH trapezoidal networks and high-polymer absorption, achieving β3 ≥ 200 and cleanness grade ≤6 (NAS1638).
4. Equipped with a trapezoidal, spiral, and automatic backflushing system.
5. Incorporates advanced dielectric condensation devices.
6. Supports automated online oil purification for turbines or water turbines without manual intervention.
